When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time will depend on the delivery type you choose during the checkout process of your order. If you wish to have faster delivery, be sure to select the appropriate delivery for your desired delivery time.
Can I get delivery next day?
We offer an express UPS next day service, but currently we cannot guarantee a next day delivery due to the coronavirus pandemic affecting couriers. We are currently advertising this as a 1-2 days service as it is the most urgent service available to us.
Is your product certified?
Yes our product complies with European BS EN1276 testing standards, as well as EN1500 (Hand Rub Certification). BS EN 1276 is the European standard for the bactericidal activity of disinfectants as proof of effective infection control against harmful micro-organisms.

How do I apply the sanitiser to ensure it works effectively?
Ideally decant into Trichol Trigger Spray bottles, securely replacing trigger and spray into palm of hands. Spray into palm of hands and rub together until dry- Ensure wrists, fingers, thumbs and backs of hands are covered. For Hard Surfaces: Spray directly onto a visually clean surface and wipe over with a cloth or disposable towel. Leave to dry.
Should I order a refill or a bottle of hand sanitiser?
Our 5L refill bottle products are designed to reduce waste and reduce the cost of shipping. If you already have dispensers or bottles, you can use our 5L refill bottle products to refill those bottles. Our bottled products are ideal if you do not have existing dispensers or bottles.
How long will the sanitiser last?
It has been advised that you should wash your hands at least every hour, and use sanitisers after your hands come in contact with surfaces frequently which would have also been touched by other people.
